Withdrawal and Return Request

If you would like to return one or more items purchased from the JL Beauty website, you can submit a withdrawal and return request using the form on this page.

Return period

Customers have the right to return items purchased from the JL Beauty website within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To start the return process, you must notify JL Beauty within this 14-day period. Please include your order details, in particular your order number and delivery date.

Items received outside the specified return period will not be accepted.

Return conditions

A full refund can only be issued if the item is returned in its original condition, undamaged and unused.

The products must not be opened, damaged, altered or in a condition that suggests they have been used. Items must be returned securely protected and in their original packaging, or equivalent packaging.

Returns that have been used, altered or damaged will not be accepted. In such cases, the item may be sent back to you and/or the refund may be refused.

JL Beauty cannot be held responsible for missing returns or items while they are in transit.

Promotional items

Items purchased on sale or with a promotional code cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return shipping costs

Customers are responsible for the costs of returning items to JL Beauty.

Any return shipping costs, clearance costs or other costs incurred when returning products are non-reimbursable and non-refundable.

We recommend using a shipping method with tracking, so you can prove that the return shipment has been sent.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, JL Beauty will contact you in order to proceed with the reimbursement of the payment related to the returned products.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

Original shipping charges, delivery costs, duties, taxes or tariffs will not be refunded.

After your return has been received and inspected, please allow 3 to 7 working days for the refund to be credited back to your payment method.

Missing orders

If you have not received your products, you must notify JL Beauty within 30 days from the day you placed your order.

All packages are sent with a tracking number. Tracking information is sent to the email address provided at checkout.

If the tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your local postal carrier. JL Beauty is not responsible for providing refunds when the tracking information indicates that the package was delivered.
