Order Processing and Shipping
We aim to process orders within 2 business day. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
If the product you ordered is out of stock, we’ll notify you by email.
Standard Delivery Costs
In The Netherlands, we ship orders with DHL, including extra insurance and a tracking code. For international orders, we select the best courier for your country and confirm it upon shipping.
Delivery Schedule
Deliveries are made on working days during regular business hours. We do not deliver on holidays or weekends.
